- Return Window
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for most items, provided the item is in its original, unopened condition and with all original packaging and accessories.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Eligibility and Condition
- Eligible items: new, unopened, and resalable condition. Digital content and opened software or e-books are typically not eligible unless defective.
- Ineligible items: opened or used items that are not defective, perishable items that spoil, intimate goods (where applicable), and gift cards or vouchers (unless otherwise stated).
- Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and included accessories. Boikutoo reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify Boikutoo within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos or video showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion, including any applicable return shipping costs.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed
- Items marked as non-returnable at purchase
- Gift cards, vouchers, or promo codes (unless required by law or policy)

- Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at Boikutoo’s discretion.
- If the original payment method is no longer available, we may offer an alternative refund method (e.g., store credit).

- Processing Time
- Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Refunds or store credits are issued within 7–10 business days after our inspection is complete, subject to payment processor timelines.
- Exchanges
- If you prefer an exchange (e.g., different edition or title), please request it within the applicable return window. Availability may vary. An exchange may be treated as a return followed by a new purchase.
